Privacy Policy

These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations and stays at Hopewell Highlands. By making a reservation, guests agree to comply with these terms.

  • All reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
  • Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
  • Check-in is available between the designated check-in hours provided at the time of booking.
  • Guests are required to collect their keys from the Hopewell Highlands Welcome Centre unless alternative arrangements have been made.
  • Check-out is required by the stated departure time on the day of departure.
  • The maximum occupancy of each dome must not be exceeded.
  • Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
  • Guests agree to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and comply with all posted rules and policies.
  • Parties, unauthorized events, illegal activities, excessive noise, and disruptive behaviour are prohibited.
  • Quiet hours are:
    Weekends – 1AM to 8:00 AM.
    Weekdays: 11PM to 8AM
  • Smoking, vaping, cannabis use, and the burning of any substances are prohibited inside all domes and buildings.
  • Additional cleaning, repair, and loss-of-revenue charges may apply if this policy is violated.

Pets are permitted only in designated pet-friendly accommodations and are subject to the applicable Pet Policy.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their visitors, children, or pets during their stay.
  • Hopewell Highlands reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of repair, replacement, additional cleaning, or lost revenue resulting from damage.

Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a rural setting and includes outdoor amenities and natural terrain. By staying at Hopewell Highlands, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use of the property and amenities, including but not limited to:

  • Hot tubs
  • Fire pits
  • Outdoor walking areas and trails
  • Decks, stairs, and elevated surfaces
  • Uneven, slippery, icy, or natural terrain
  • Wildlife and insects
  • Weather-related conditions

Guests agree to use all amenities responsibly and in accordance with any posted instructions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hopewell Highlands, its owners, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, accident, or claim arising from a guest’s use of the property or amenities, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

  • Guests use the property and its amenities at their own risk.
  • Hopewell Highlands shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, illness, theft, loss of personal belongings, or damage to personal property occurring during a guest’s stay, except where required by law.

Hopewell Highlands shall not be liable for cancellations, interruptions, or inability to provide accommodations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, power outages, government actions, labour disruptions, or emergencies.

Hopewell Highlands reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay without refund where a guest violates these Terms & Conditions, poses a risk to the property or others, or engages in illegal or disruptive conduct.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
